Born and raised in Nashua, NH, Amanda knew from an early age that she wanted to be an actress. She was thrilled when she got her first "big break" as ‘Fanny’, one of the 3 main goats in her elementary school play "Nanny Goats". From there on out, Amanda performed in theatre throughout Junior High and High School.
Amanda earned a B.S. in Marketing and minor in Media Studies from Plymouth State University, and started a career in business after she graduated. After a few years of working in the "real world", Amanda decided that she could no longer push her true passion aside. At that point she began pursuing acting like never before, and a few years after that, left her 9-5 to become a working actor full-time.
In addition to being cast in lead and supporting roles in a number of independent films, Amanda has many commercial credits to her name, including a Fanatics commercial which aired nationally on NFL Network and an Amazon commercial which was the featured cover story on Good Morning America. Amanda recently wrote her first short film, "Cosgrove Bridge" which she is also starring in and producing. Amanda is represented by Model Club, Inc. in Boston and is freelancing with Baker Management in New York.
